As a club we fully support the FA's drive to encourage respect across grassroots football, and wanted to take a moment to share with you all some simple guidelines for match days.

Our players say they want lots of encouragement from you all, but it can be really confusing and stressful when instructions are being shouted at them by different people on the sidelines. We'd like to encourage all spectators to let the coaches coach, and focus on enjoying the match and cheering our players on.

We are extremely lucky to have over 50 dedicated coaches, all volunteering their time to give our players the best possible experience. They have all completed numerous FA approved coaching courses in their own time, and spend many hours researching drills and preparing for matches.
