Downend Flyers FC are proud to be the largest female-only football club in the South West of England, with over 27 teams and more than 400 players across Mini, Youth and Women’s football. We offer a clear and inclusive football pathway for girls and women, from their very first kick through to competitive adult football.
We support players at every stage of their development, with teams focused on enjoyment, learning, progression, and confidence. Whether players are new to the game or looking to develop their skills in a structured environment, Downend Flyers provides opportunities across all ages with multiple teams at each age group.
Mini Football
Under 6 to Under 11
A fun and supportive introduction to football, focusing on basic skills, teamwork, and enjoyment in smaller-sided 5v5 and 7v7 games.
